Online AAC APP Application

Application Guidelines

Please note the following when requesting a specialized AAC application for use on an iPad:

• do NOT complete this application until a parent or legal guardian has completed the iPad Grant Application or the Individual Grant Application

• this application must be completed by a professional who is currently working with the applicant

• please provide detailed information regarding clinical trials, be sure to include examples of the variety of current use

 

Upon approval for an AAC App request, the application will be downloaded to the recipient’s iPad by a representative from Andrew’s Gift.  This may require a scheduled visit to Andrew’s Gift office or mutually agreed upon location.
